How can I cancel the extended warranty?
It can be done within 15 days of its purchase by written notice to Kenny U-Pull, 2185 Montée Masson Building A2, Laval QC H7E 4P2 or to [email protected]. Include your name, telephone number, and Transaction Order Number. It can also be done in person at any Kenny U-Pull location.
If I didn’t get the extended warranty when I purchased the part(s), can I come back and purchase it within the initial 15 days?
The extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as the part.
