Can I earn Rewards money during a promotion?
Yes, you will continue to earn Rewards money on promotional items, provided they are eligible for the program. Rewards are calculated based on the promotional or discounted price.
How can I check the balance on my Rewards card?
You can visit any of our branches — we’ll be happy to check the balance on your Rewards card. Your balance is also shown at the bottom of your most recent purchase receipt.
What if I lose my Rewards card?
Visit any of our branches — we’ll be happy to issue you a new card. Please note that your new Rewards card will have a different number, and transferring your balance may take up to 5 business days.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return a product, any Rewards money earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Is there a minimum amount required to use my Rewards money?
No, there is no minimum amount. You can use your Rewards money as soon as you have a balance!
When can I use my Rewards money?
You can use your Rewards money on your next visit. Additionally, Rewards money earned on entrance fees can be used the same day if you make a purchase!

If I forgot to present my Rewards card during my last transaction, can I still earn my Rewards?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add Rewards after a transaction is completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to present their card at the beginning of each transaction to accumulate Rewards.
How can I use my Rewards money?
Simply ask the cashier to apply your Rewards balance during your purchase. It can be used to pay entrance fees or any other products for sale.
